Brief: Launch a consumer-facing stunt in Bryant Park to celebrate the premiere of the TNT original drama. Complete with thematic activities, and a pilot episode screening followed by a cast Q+A and press after-party event.
Concept: To celebrate the premiere of TNT’s Will, a fresh, punk-inspired reimagining of William Shakespeare’s early life, we transformed Bryant Park into an immersive experience blending Elizabethan themes with rebellious punk aesthetics. The event featured a Shakespearean playbill wheat paste wall and photo booth with edgy props, a temporary tattoo parlor, and a lawn screening area with colorful Turkish blankets and exclusive giveaways like tote bags and themed patches.
After the screening, the Bryant Park Grill became a punk-inspired Elizabethan bohemia, combining jewel-toned drapes, chandeliers, and vibrant decor with English pub references such as dark woods, stacks of books, and classic pub fare. This dynamic event captured the essence of Will, creating a memorable, Instagram-worthy experience that engaged attendees and celebrated the show’s bold vision.
